Refund policy

Returns

Because every item in The LA Dugout catalog is made to order specifically for you, we are only able to accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item (wrong product, size, or color)

We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

If your return is eligible, you have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at info@ladugout.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Defects

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ladugout.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We'll evaluate and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please submit a return request for the eligible item first. Once approved, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@ladugout.com.
