The LA Dugout is a brand owned and operated by King Jin Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Oregon.

3. Products & Orders

Made-to-Order

All products sold through The LA Dugout are produced on demand. Orders are submitted for production immediately upon purchase. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, as changes may not be possible once production has begun.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, sizing, and design details. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor display settings and the nature of on-demand production. These variations do not constitute defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase. This confirmation does not guarantee product availability or constitute a binding contract until your order enters production.

4. Payment

We accept major payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the billing information you supply is accurate.

All transactions are processed securely. King Jin Digital LLC does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

5. Shipping

We ship to all 50 United States. We do not currently offer international shipping. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days from order placement. Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Please review our full Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind purchases. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the brand name The LA Dugout, logos, original graphic designs, product artwork, photography, and written copy — is the property of King Jin Digital LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
